Additionally, staying up-to-date with real estate market changes is essential. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree and possess excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail, accuracy in work, and strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required. A mandatory requirement for this position is owning a conveyance such as a bike.
