Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Analyst to join our Global Syndicated Market Research division, focusing on consumer products. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in market research and competitive intelligence, with a strong background in the consumer products/FMCG industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct unstructured interviews with industry sources to gather insights and data.
Analyze and interpret findings to inform business decisions.
Prepare syndicated reports and presentations for clients.
Develop and implement market research methodologies to meet client needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research results into product development.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.

Job Requirements

Prior experience in market research and/or competitive intelligence is required.
Strong interviewing, research, analytical, and writing skills are essential.
Professional presentation and communication skills are necessary.
Ability to work evening and night shifts as needed for primary research projects.
A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Arts, or Business Administration is preferred; an MBA is a plus.
Experience in ITES/BPO/KPO/LPO/Customer Service is beneficial.
Strong English language skills are required.
