Job Overview:

Dr. D. Y. Patil Public School, Vita is seeking passionate, dedicated, and caring Primary Mother Teachers who can nurture young minds and create a joyful learning environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a primary class, integrating academic and co-curricular learning, and fostering holistic development among students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in alignment with school curriculum and learning outcomes.
• Act as a class teacher (Mother Teacher) and take complete academic and emotional responsibility for the class.
• Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and confidence in learners.
• Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining detailed records and providing regular feedback to parents.
• Integrate activity-based and experiential learning methods into daily lessons.
• Organize and participate in school events, assemblies, celebrations, and parent-teacher meetings.
• Collaborate with subject teachers and school staff to ensure the overall growth and well-being of each student.
• Encourage moral values, discipline, and life skills through regular interactions and class activities.
