Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive Hindi language curriculum aligned with academic standards. Plan and deliver effective lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students. Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and growth. Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and resources to enhance language acquisition. Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments. Provide constructive feedback to students to facilitate improvement in language skills. Collaborate with colleagues to integrate Hindi language instruction across the curriculum. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and concerns. Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hindi language or related field; Master's degree preferred. B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification from a recognized institution. Proficiency in Hindi language with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience teaching Hindi language to students at the primary or secondary level preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
