Dr. D Y Patil Public School Vita is seeking a dedicated and passionate Marathi Teacher for our Pre-Primary section. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the Marathi language and a deep understanding of early childhood education principles. Responsibilities: Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans to teach Marathi language and culture to pre-primary students. Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that promotes the development of language skills, creativity, and cultural appreciation. Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles and abilities. Incorporate storytelling, songs, games, and other interactive activities to make learning enjoyable and meaningful for young learners. Assess students' progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their growth and development. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate Marathi language and culture into the overall curriculum. Communicate effectively with parents to share students' progress, address concerns, and promote parental involvement in their children's education. Participate in professional development activities to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and language instruction. Maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning and positive social interactions. Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. Fluency in Marathi language, both spoken and written. Experience working with young children, preferably in a pre-primary or early childhood education setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Creativity, patience, and a passion for teaching young learners. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Accommodation: Accommodation will be provided by School.
