Primary Math Teacher Immediate Joining

GD Goenka School Hyderabad is seeking a passionate, dedicated, and skilled Primary Teacher (PRT) for Mathematics and Science to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching engaging and interactive lessons in Mathematics and Science, inspiring curiosity and fostering a love for learning in young minds. Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching & Learning:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in Mathematics and Science to primary school students.
• Ensure that the lessons meet the curriculum objectives and are age-appropriate, catering to the needs of all learners.
• Use diverse teaching methods, resources, and technologies to make complex topics accessible and interesting.
• Foster an environment of inquiry and critical thinking, encouraging students to explore and experiment with the subjects.
• Implement hands-on activities and experiments to bring Science concepts to life and reinforce mathematical principles.
• Assessment & Student Development:
• Monitor and assess students’ progress through regular quizzes, tests, projects, and assignments.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth.
• Identify and address the individual learning needs of students, providing additional support where necessary.
• Encourage students’ problem-solving and critical-thinking skills in both Mathematics and Science.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and provide reports on progress to parents and school leadership.
• Classroom Management:
• Establish and maintain a positive, organized, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Implement effective classroom management strategies that promote respect, cooperation, and productivity.
• Address behavioral issues promptly and professionally, promoting a culture of mutual respect and responsibility.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with other teachers and staff to integrate interdisciplinary learning experiences.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
• Attend and actively participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development workshops.
• Professional Development:
• Stay current with the latest educational trends, curriculum updates, and teaching technologies.
• Actively seek opportunities to enhance personal teaching skills and knowledge.
• Participate in school-wide activities, extracurricular programs, and initiatives that support the overall development of students.
