Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and delivery of scalable backend systems capable of supporting high concurrency and real-time data flows.
• Own critical platform areas such as catalog search, order fulfillment engines, and event-driven infrastructure.
• Drive technical excellence through hands-on coding, mentoring, and design reviews.
• Collaborate with PMs, sales ops, and data teams to translate business problems into platform capabilities.
• Promote and enforce engineering best practices including clean architecture and CI/CD automation.
• Identify and resolve tech debt, scalability challenges, and bottlenecks proactively.
• Foster a culture of product-minded engineering, aligning code quality with business outcomes.

Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in Python frameworks (Django, Flask)
• Deep understanding of backend system architecture & distributed systems
• Experience in building and scaling microservices
• Hands-on knowledge of Kafka (event-driven systems) and Golang (preferred)
• Strong background in system design, scalability, and high-concurrency systems
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and clean architecture
• Ability to mentor engineers and lead design/code reviews
• Strong problem-solving and product-oriented mindset
