Pricing Specialist - Senior

Role Overview: As a Pricing Specialist (Senior) at EY, you will be part of the Strategic Pricing & Insights (SPI) group, contributing to the firm's commercial transformation by optimizing price-to-value ratio, architecting commercial structures, and integrating market intelligence. You will work within the Pursuits & Commercial Excellence team to support pursuit activities, activate self-enabled tools, and develop thought leadership to foster a value-focused pricing and commercial culture. Key Responsibilities: - Provide support to the Manager/ Sr. Manager across all pricing, financial, and commercial aspects of pursuits from qualification to close. - Refine pricing models based on the differentiated value of the solution and integrate market benchmarks and competitive intelligence into pursuit strategies. - Assist the Commercial Architect in collaboration meetings by providing necessary data and intelligence for decision-making. - Bring researched perspectives on competitor solutions, pricing, and commercial positioning to support the pricing strategy and win strategy. - Curate market and competitive intelligence to enable pursuits to price with conviction and achieve increased win odds and profitable growth. Qualifications Required: - 3-6+ years of experience in a professional services environment, preferably in pricing and commercials. - Masters degree in relevant fields such as finance, accounting, statistics, or equivalent practical experience. - Exposure to financial modeling, accounting, budgeting, and associated metrics. Skills And Attributes For Success: - Ability to execute performance standards independently. - Proficiency in designing, modeling, and structuring business models. - Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. - High flexibility, adaptability, and creativity in problem-solving. - Expertise in MS Office applications like Excel, PowerPoint, Word. - Willingness to travel as required.
