Job Title: Sr. Engineer - Press Shop

Location: Manesar

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering
• Minimum of 57 years of experience in Press Shop Production within a sheet metal fabrication environment.
• Proficiency in SAP systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including stamping operation.

Skills:

• Experience with High Tonnage Press Machines, Stamping process & Manpower management.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and standards.
• Familiarity with inventory management, customer audits, SAP & Safety culture.

Responsibilities:

Planning:

• Monitoring and adherence Production schedules aligned with customer requirements and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with RM purchasing team and inventory teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
• Monitor production processes in press shop, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production targets.
• Analyze production data to identify critical to work area and implement corrective actions for process optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth workflow and address any production-related issues

Process Improvement & Compliance:

• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in production and dispatch processes using
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including ISO/TS certifications.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
• Train and mentor team members to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
