Role & responsibilities:

Work with Production department
(Press shop)
in a manner that meets the set goals and objectives of the management for production and profitability.
A good knowledge of press shop process
.
Root cause analysis of Rework & Rejection in process.
Responsible for all production activities as man power handling & updating LOG Book.
Responsible for control the Internal rejection & Control Inventory.
Responsible for
Down time / Loss Time Analysis
.
Continuous improvement contingency plan for equipment. Responsible for controlling material rejection ( process).
Responsible for Press shop Production Planning according to customer daily & Monthly schedule.
