Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily press shop operations - Manage maintenance and performance of machinery - Ensure quality production and monitor quality standards - Troubleshoot production-related issues - Maintain production schedules - Adhere to safety protocols - Collaborate with the manufacturing team to optimize efficiency and output Qualifications: - Strong knowledge and experience in press shop operations, machinery maintenance, and troubleshooting mechanical or operational problems - Understanding of quality inspection standards and processes, with the ability to monitor and achieve quality benchmarks - Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail for process improvements and operational efficiency - Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping related to production processes, equipment, and reports - Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with team members and department managers - Bachelors degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field - Prior experience in a press shop environment or similar manufacturing setup would be an advantage - Familiarity with safety standards and manufacturing compliance is preferred,
