Press Dies CNC Programming

As an Engineer/Senior Engineer in the Tool and Die Engineering division at the Gurgaon location, your primary role will be Press Die CNC Programming/NC data making. Your responsibilities will include: - Independently performing surface modelling & NC programming for Press dies using software such as UG NX & Tebis. - Monitoring schedules, analyzing plan v/s actual progress. - Understanding press die functioning and CNC machine working processes. - Familiarity with tooling and clamping accessories. - Checking the machining feasibility of dies through drawing study & analysis. - Ensuring part completion as per timeline and monitoring die parts quality. In terms of qualifications, you should possess a Diploma in Tool & Die/Mechanical Engineering and have 4 to 7 years of work experience. Additionally, you should have the following technical/functional competencies: - Proficiency in reading drawings and knowledge of Fits & Tolerances. - Understanding of complete CNC operations and familiarity with FANUC/Siemens CONTROLS. - Ability to generate MACRO CNC programs and independently create die machining process planning sheets. - Knowledge of different die materials and die design principles.
