As an Engineer/Senior Engineer in the Tool and Die Engineering division at TRD-G in Gurgaon, your main role will be Press Die CNC Programming/ NC data making. You should hold a Diploma in Tool & Die / Mechanical Engineering and have 4 to 7 years of work experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Capable of independently performing surface modelling & NC programming for Press dies using software such as UG NX & Tebis. - Monitor schedules and analyze plan v/s actual progress. - Understand press die functioning, CNC machine working processes, and tooling with clamping accessories. - Check the machining feasibility of dies through drawing study & inspection. - Ensure part completion within specified timelines. - Monitor the quality of die parts. **Qualification Required:** - Diploma in Tool & Die / Mechanical Engineering - 4 to 7 years of relevant work experience As part of your technical competencies, you should have: - Strong skills in reading drawings and understanding Fits & Tolerances. - Knowledge of complete CNC operations, including FANUC/Siemens CONTROLS. - Ability to generate MACRO CNC programs and plan die machining processes independently. - Familiarity with different die materials and die design.
