Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and nurturing preschool teacher who can integrate music, movement, and play-based learning into daily teaching. The ideal candidate will inspire children, collaborate with parents, and uphold the premium standards of BodhiTree Little Maestros.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver daily lessons aligned with the school’s integrated curriculum
• Use music and movement as a medium to teach literacy, numeracy, science, and life skills
• Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
• Observe, document, and report student progress
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and contribute to school events, performances, and recitals
• Ensure adherence to the school’s child safety and safeguarding policies

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education / Education / Psychology or equivalent
• Prior experience in preschool teaching (experience with music-based learning is a plus)
• Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of any foreign language is an added advantage)
• Passion for music, arts, and creative teaching methodologies
• Warm, patient, and empathetic personality with a child-first mindset
