Curriculum and Teaching: Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans inspired by Finnish pedagogy. Integrate play-based and experiential learning activities into daily teaching. Foster critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration among children. Monitor and assess each child’s progress and development. Classroom Management: Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment. Manage day-to-day classroom activities, ensuring smooth transitions and routines. Parental Engagement: Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress, achievements, and areas for improvement. Conduct parent-teacher meetings and provide insights into the child’s learning journey. School Community: Contribute to the planning and execution of school events, celebrations, and field trips. Work closely with the Head of School and other staff to uphold the school’s vision and values. Actively participate in fostering a sense of community within the school.
