Preschool Head

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Preschool Head, located in Pune. The Preschool Head will oversee daily school operations, manage staff, develop and implement curricula, and ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children. Responsibilities include coordinating with parents, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with educational standards. The Preschool Head will also focus on fostering the development of the children’s cognitive, social, and emotional skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in early childhood education and preschool management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement age-appropriate curricula
• Organizational and administrative skills
• Dedication to maintaining a safe and nurturing environment
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
• Certification in early childhood education or relevant qualifications
