About the Role

Admin & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily preschool & daycare administration
• Handle

  parent communication

  ,

  enquiries

  , and

  admissions follow-ups

• Maintain

  accounts, fee records, and receipts

• Support

  HR tasks

  – attendance, leaves, and basic documentation
• Coordinate

  procurement

  ,

  vendor management

  , and supplies
• Assist in

  event planning

  and

  festival celebrations

• Help with

  social media updates

  (photos, captions, posts)
• Support Teachers with

  classroom

  and

  curriculum

  material 

Requirements

• Graduate with 2+ years experience
• Good communication in

  English

• Comfortable with

  Excel, Google Sheets, Instagram, Email

• Organized, dependable, and enjoys working around children
