Presales / Technical Support Engineer

As a member of our customer support team at Securden, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance to our customers both before and after sales. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, conducting product demos, offering technical support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting customers in successfully implementing our products. Key Responsibilities: - Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions. - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase key features and functionalities. - Offer technical assistance to customers through various channels such as email, phone calls, and web meetings. - Troubleshoot issues reported by customers and provide timely resolutions. - Assist customers in the successful implementation of our products. Qualifications Required: - 2-10 years of experience in technical support within B-2-B software product companies. - Proficiency in written communication for handling support through emails. - Excellent oral communication skills for effective customer interactions. - Willingness to work in different shifts to support our global customer base. - Ability to take complete ownership of customer issues and ensure quick resolution. - Passion for working in a startup environment, embracing the dynamic nature of the role.
