Job Description

As a technically strong and customer-focused professional, you will be joining our customer support team at Securden to provide presales and post-sales technical assistance to our customers. Your role will involve understanding customer requirements, providing product demos, offering technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and helping customers in successful product implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Understand customer requirements. - Provide product demos. - Offer technical assistance. - Troubleshoot issues. - Help customers in successful product implementation. Qualifications Required: - Offer support through email, phone calls, and web meetings, requiring good writing skills and excellent oral communication skills. - Willingness to work in different shifts for different global geographies for our B-2-B customer base. - Take complete ownership and ensure customers/prospects receive prompt assistance. - 2-10 years of experience in technical support in B-2-B software product companies or similar. - Enjoy working in a startup environment, embracing the craziness and chaos.
