Job Responsibilities Make the first connect, pitch to client making them aware about AGR services and fix meeting with BD manager. Establishing contact with key decision makers (CXOs / Managing Directors / Partners) across the globe to introduce the services offered by AGR. Setting up meetings and conference calls by cold calling & generating leads for BD manager. Sourcing and mining contacts from various business directories and websites. Attending sales call with BD manager and preparing meeting notes, prospect follow ups, preparing marketing collaterals & proposals. Well-versed with all pre-sales support functions including designing, launching, and managing email/ tele-calling/ direct mail campaigns, developing prospect lists, and proactively creating business opportunities. Personal Attributes: Nimble and quick witted, smart to recognize situations and proactively propose options. High on accountability & Ownership Possess eye for details and yet sees how tasks relate to the larger organization vision. Exceptionally strong people person, able to manage self-surroundings Ego state. Makes new mistakes & learns from the past experiences. A ball of energy, agile, with lot of passion to make an impact in organization development. Independently maneuvers through issues meeting deadlines without compromise on quality.
