Achieve Excellent Customer Service By Proactively Responding To Client Queries And Advising Customers On Their Overseas Immigration And Visa Needs. Making Outbound Calls To Either Warm Or Hot Leads Provided, To Assist Them By Answering Questions In Regards To Visas They Are Interested In Applying For And Signing Them Up Provide Professional Consultation To High Net-Worth Clients. Perform Sales Pitch To Interest Prospects And Close Them On The Spot. Meet The Assigned Targets. Skills Required: Should Have Sales Experience In Visa Or Immigration Industry. Describe Different Visa Application Process, Benefits And Special Offers To Clients. Must Have Experience In Student Visa Counselor, Sales, University Selection For Canada Country . Identify Correct Prospect According To The Eligibility Standards & Convert Into A Sale. Establish And Maintain Current Client And Potential Client Relationships. Regular Follow Up On Enquiries Received. Identify, Resolve Queries & Handling Objections Of Clients. Maximum Achievement Of Goals And Service Levels. Effective Pipeline Management. Able To Achieve Monthly Target. Any Added Responsibility Assigned By Superiors To Enhance More Ability.
