Presales Specialist - WFH

As a technology company that operates a distribution platform for hotels and accommodation providers in a software-as-a-service model, we are looking for a Pre-Sales professional to join our team in India. Your main responsibilities will include generating and qualifying leads through phone calls, e-mails, and online searches. You will be working on the cold-calling data provided by the Lead Generation Team to reach out to hoteliers. Pre-Sales qualification involves sourcing and developing client referrals. You will also be responsible for fixing meetings and demonstrations with hotels and passing on positive leads to Sales Managers. Additionally, you will engage with prospects, understand their requirements, and effectively communicate our technical values. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. You should have a passion for technology and be able to translate it into business impact for potential clients. An understanding of the technology software sector is essential. You must possess the skillset to establish trust with prospects, influence key decision-makers, and secure customer acquisition and contract conclusion. Other qualities we are looking for include determination, autonomous work, and initiative. Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness are crucial, and you must have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in both Hindi and English.
