As a member of the Motorola core team, you will work on various opportunities and provide value from a product/solution knowledge perspective. Your responsibilities will include understanding Motorolas products, making presentations to end-customers, proposing the right solutions, working closely with partners, conducting training sessions for partner enablement, and contributing to growing the market along with the business team. Additionally, you will coordinate technical support for projects and collaborate with regulatory agencies for necessary product approvals. - Understand Motorolas products and present them to end-customers - Propose solutions based on customer requirements - Work with partners to position and demonstrate solutions to end customers - Conduct training sessions for partner enablement - Collaborate with regulatory agencies for product approvals - Assist in implementing Motorolas core strategy with end customers - Coordinate technical support for projects - Collaborate with the business team to grow the market - Bachelors of Engineering degree, preferably in Telecommunications - Minimum 5 years of experience in sales engineering and/or solutions architecture - Knowledge of telecommunications technologies - Strong understanding of IP networking architecture, protocols, and security - Excellent written and oral communication skills for presenting complex topics - Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Willingness to innovate and challenge the status quo - Attention to detail and a mindset for flawless execution The company, Motorola Solutions, is focused on a people-first and community-focused culture, encouraging every employee to be their authentic self and deliver their best work for a safer world.
