PreSales Specialist- India Channel Business

Role Overview: As a valuable member of the Motorola core team, your role will involve working on a variety of opportunities and leveraging your product/solution knowledge to provide value. You will be responsible for familiarizing yourself with Motorolas products, delivering presentations to end-customers, suggesting appropriate solutions, collaborating with partners, conducting training sessions for partner enablement, and playing a part in expanding the market alongside the business team. In addition, you will be involved in coordinating technical support for projects and working closely with regulatory agencies to obtain necessary product approvals. Key Responsibilities: - Understand Motorolas products and deliver presentations to end-customers - Suggest solutions based on customer requirements - Collaborate with partners to showcase and demonstrate solutions to end customers - Conduct training sessions to enable partners - Work with regulatory agencies to secure product approvals - Assist in implementing Motorolas core strategy with end customers - Coordinate technical support for projects - Collaborate with the business team to drive market growth Qualifications Required: - Possess a Bachelors of Engineering degree, preferably in Telecommunications - Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales engineering and/or solutions architecture - Familiarity with telecommunications technologies - Strong understanding of IP networking architecture, protocols, and security - Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively present complex topics - Ability to cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Willingness to innovate and challenge conventional practices - Attention to detail and a commitment to flawless execution Note: Motorola Solutions fosters a people-first and community-focused culture, encouraging each employee to embrace their authentic self and deliver top-notch work for a safer world.
