Job Description

15+ years of experience in IT Services with at least 5 years in a presales leadership role . Deep understanding of Application Modernization, Cloud-Native Development, Microservices, Kubernetes, API Management, and DevOps . Strong experience in crafting winning RFP responses and proactive proposals for global enterprises. Proven ability to lead large-scale digital transformation and modernization engagements . Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their native development services. Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to balance technical depth with business acumen to drive deal success. Experience in managing a presales team and working in a global, matrixed environment . Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud related to application development and modernization would be a plus. Knowledge of AI-driven application development and Low-Code/No-Code platforms (e.g., OutSystems, Mendix, Power Apps). Experience in Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices . Exposure to pricing models, deal structuring, and contract negotiations.
