Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive – Real Estate

Department: Sales
Reporting To: Pre-Sales Manager / Sales Manager
Location: Madhavaram , Chennai-600051

Job Purpose

To support the sales team by managing lead qualification, customer engagement, follow-ups, and site visit coordination, ensuring high lead-to-conversion efficiency and excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management & Qualification

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls generated from marketing campaigns, portals, and walk-ins.
  • Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, and purchase timeline.
  • Maintain and update lead data accurately in CRM systems.
  • Assign qualified leads to the sales team for site visits and closures.

Customer Engagement

  • Provide detailed information about projects, pricing, amenities, location advantages, and offers.
  • Answer customer queries professionally and promptly via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Build rapport with prospective clients and nurture leads through systematic follow-ups.

Site Visit Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate site visits with sales executives and customers.
  • Track site visit status and ensure timely feedback is captured.
  • Follow up with customers post-site visit to support closure.

Sales Support

  • Assist the sales team in achieving conversion targets.
  • Share customer feedback and objections with the sales team for better pitch strategies.
  • Support sales campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, site visits, and conversions.
  • Analyze lead sources and campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide MIS reports to the Sales/Pre-Sales Manager.

Process & Compliance

  • Follow company SOPs, RERA guidelines, and data confidentiality norms.
  • Ensure proper handover of hot leads to the sales team.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and communication quality.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong follow-up, coordination, and customer handling abilities.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and sales requirements.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and basic reporting.
  • Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

Educational Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM – Marketing preferred).

Experience

  • 1–4 years of experience in pre-sales / inside sales in the real estate industry.
  • Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
