Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers who have shown interest in real estate projects.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide project-related information clearly and effectively.
  • Schedule site visits and ensure timely coordination with the sales team.
  • Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure maximum site visit conversions.
  • Share project details, brochures, and other marketing materials with customers.
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach during all customer interactions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and site visits.

    Requirements

  • Graduate (in any stream).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Good listening ability and customer-handling skills.
  • Confident, presentable, and proactive.
  • Knowledge of real estate (Added advantage, not mandatory).
  • Basic computer & CRM handling skills preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
  • Good command over Hindi & English (Marathi optional).
  • Target-driven and self-motivated.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
