Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers who have shown interest in real estate projects.
Understand customer requirements and provide project-related information clearly and effectively.
Schedule site visits and ensure timely coordination with the sales team.
Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure maximum site visit conversions.
Share project details, brochures, and other marketing materials with customers.
Maintain a positive and professional approach during all customer interactions.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and site visits.
Requirements
Graduate (in any stream).
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Good listening ability and customer-handling skills.
Confident, presentable, and proactive.
Knowledge of real estate (Added advantage, not mandatory).
Basic computer & CRM handling skills preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
Good command over Hindi & English (Marathi optional).
Target-driven and self-motivated.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
