Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Pre-sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, introducing them to our products/services, and generating qualified leads for our sales team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest.
• Clearly explain our product/service offerings and answer initial questions.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in telecalling, inside sales, or a similar role.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skills: Ability to engage potential clients and confidently present information.
• Attitude: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient.
• Language: Fluency in English and Tamil
