Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activity. Manage CRM system to track leads and customer interactions. Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences. Proven experience in a pre-sales or sales support role. Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry dynamics. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
