• Make outbound calls to prospective clients as per daily operational requirements. • Present and explain project features, pricing, and benefits using company guidelines. • Follow up with leads and convert them into site visits and customer opportunities. • Maintain professionalism and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction on every interaction. • Record and update customer interactions accurately in CRM and internal systems. • Achieve daily call and conversion targets. • Stay well-informed about Punes real estate market, especially East Pune localities and routes. • Work in shifts as per business needs, including weekends and extended hours when required.
Education: Graduate / Non-Graduate • Experience: Minimum 3 years • Gender: Open to Male/Female candidates Communication Skills • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi
