Presales Executive

Job Description:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for grading and qualifying leads, routing them to the appropriate sales teams, and nurturing relationships with potential clients to help move them through the sales funnel. Key Responsibilities:Qualify inbound leads and assess their potential.Route leads to the correct sales teams based on their readiness and interest.Nurture relationships with prospects through emails, calls, and follow-ups.Support the sales team by keeping prospects engaged and informed throughout the sales cycle.Assist in maintaining accurate lead information in the CRM system.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation and qualification processes.Qualifications:Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or lead generation is a plus.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple leads at once.A proactive, results-driven attitude.Familiarity with CRM software is a bonus.
