We specialize in driving property sales through digital marketing and lead management solutions. Role Overview: We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive (Telecaller) to handle inbound and outbound calls for one of our real estate projects. The role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and coordinating site visits with the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential buyers and handle inbound inquiries. Understand customer needs and provide accurate project details. Generate interest and schedule site visits with the sales team. Maintain and update lead information in CRM tools. Follow up with leads to ensure conversion to visits. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident and polite telephone etiquette. Prior experience in real estate or telecalling preferred.
