Designation: Pre-Sales Executive

Location: Bangalore

Department: Interiors

Employment Type: Full-time (Tuesday to Sunday (Monday Off), 10:00 AM 7:00 PM)

Pre-sales plays a pivotal role in our sales process by collaborating with internal teams and engaging with prospective clients to understand their needs and craft tailored solutions. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively position our products/services to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the pre-sales process by gathering and analyzing customer requirements to develop customized solutions.

  • Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads, conduct product demonstrations, and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Prepare high-quality proposals, RFP responses, and sales collateral to address client needs and requirements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical and product expertise to support the sales team and address client inquiries.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights based on customer feedback and market insights.

Requirements:

  • 12th pass or any degree holders can apply. Both freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.

  • Demonstrated success in supporting sales teams and driving revenue growth through effective pre-sales activities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e. g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
