Job Description

As a Pre-Sales Executive at Karix in Gurgaon, your role is to collaborate with the Sales team to identify client business requirements and propose relevant product solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understand and capture technical requirements to define appropriate solutions. - Train the sales team and clients about Karix Products and Services. - Collaborate with the sales team on client calls and meetings to provide technical solutions. - Assess and analyze customer requirements to prepare sales proposals. - Manage customer queries during pre-sales and post-sales. - Conduct product demos. - Evaluate and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs. Create proposals, SOW, and presentations tailored for both business and technical teams. - Build, manage, and deliver custom solutions within time and budget constraints. - Design functional aspects of customized projects and provide knowledge transfer to the development/product team. - Provide guidance to clients during project delivery and assist in conducting UAT. - Monitor project status during development and provide necessary assistance to developers, reporting to relevant stakeholders. **Qualifications Required:** - B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/M.E qualified. - MBA in Information Technology will be an added advantage. - 1-2 years of experience in Presales, preferably in the Telecom/SMS/IT Software industry. - Extensive experience in successful solution selling and client interactions. - Proficient in writing sales pitches using MS Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Visio, etc). - Proactive in client briefs with strong attention to detail. - Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
