Prepare Pre qualification or Eligibility Criteria
Prepare Technical qualification.
Float Queries to OEM and collect their documents
Checking of the documents.
Preparation of Solution Documents
Compilation of Bid
Submission online and Offline.
Check Opening Status and update all.

Post Tender Activity

Prepare analysis the competitor bid.
If we won the bid, and as per tender if POC is asked then arrange material from OEM and help implementation team for the same.
If we won the bid in that case start preparing for bid security.
Share the formats with accounts team and help them in preparing PBG.
After you receive LOI , share the acceptance with department
Submission of PBG.
Apply for EMD return, and once receive take acknowledgement from accounts team.
Agreement checking , signing etc.
Share all the required permission letters with department
Support PM’s with required documents and help them in preparing solution docs.
Support PM’s in miscellaneous issues and interaction that he face during implementation.
Help them in UAT in coordinating with OEM
Prepare formats for completion certificate and take it from government , if they are not providing you.
