Our team of solution architects and consultants is at the forefront of AI technology, advising clients on best practices and innovative approaches to integrate AI seamlessly into their workflows.

About the role:

We’re seeking a Pre-Sales Consultant to oversee a range of GenAI projects for our key clients in the US. In this role, you will work closely with our customer to understand their requirements and collaborate with internal teams, such as Sales, Solution Architecture, and Product, to design creative AI-powered solutions, and support successful project planning and implementation

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Work with potential and existing customers to understand their data requirements and conduct demos.
• Collaborate with customers to define project scope and SOPs, including technical consultation and establishing communication channels.
• Design creative solutions for new and existing problems, including micro-task breakdown and solution documentation.
• Plan and execute pilots with expert support, manage profit and loss creation with operations approval, and ensure solution implementation.
• Ensure timely delivery of proposals and technical documents, including API integration and final submission reports.
• Proactively execute changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Manage customer queries and feedback, conduct QC tool demos, and walk through labeled samples.
• Responsible for solution implementation and comprehensive handover to the production team, including customer dashboard guides.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduates from premier engineering institutes
• 3+ years of experience in a dynamic and high-growth environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Should be comfortable handling data and reports with the right tools (MS Excel and SQL knowledge is a must, and Python is preferred).
• Ability to work independently and aggressively track project timelines.
• Strong communication skills.
• Past experience working with any tech company/start-up is a plus.
• Should be open to work in the US time zone.
