Presales Consultant - Data Center Technology

Your role involves crafting customized solutions for clients, delivering compelling presentations, and promoting the adoption of cutting-edge technologies including Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI), Private Cloud, and enterprise-grade Storage solutions. To excel in this position, you should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in presales, technical consulting, or solution architecture within the IT infrastructure domain. Collaborating closely with sales teams, you will design tailored data center solutions aligned with client requirements, encompassing HCI (Nutanix, VMware), Private Cloud (VMware, RedHat), and enterprise Storage (NetApp, Dell). Your responsibilities include conducting detailed discovery sessions, delivering engaging technical presentations and live demonstrations, and setting up proof-of-concept (POC) environments to address customer pain points effectively. Your technical expertise should extend to providing comprehensive knowledge and support for data center technologies such as storage architectures, virtualization, and private cloud environments. It is crucial to stay updated with the latest trends in data center solutions, sharing insights with internal teams and clients. As a technical liaison, you will work closely with customers, sales, and product teams, as well as vendors and partners like Nutanix, VMware, RedHat, NetApp, and Dell to align solutions with their latest offerings. In addition to your technical skills, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field and possess relevant certifications such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Nutanix Certified Professional (NCP), RedHat Certified Engineer (RHCE), and NetApp/Dell storage certifications. Proficiency in HCI platforms like Nutanix and VMware vSAN, hands-on experience with Private Cloud environments, and expertise in enterprise Storage systems are key requirements.
