Role Summary

This is a full time, remote role for Presales Associate working in the US night shift. The role involves engaging with prospective clients, assisting with inquiries and providing insights about bhanzu's product and services. Responsibilities include generating leads, qualifying prospects, maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, and working collaboratively with the sales team to ensure clients needs are met.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.

• Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database

• Make calls to clients and respond to call-backs requests

• Email & WhatsApp conversations with potential leads

• Make potential leads understand our courses

• Converting potential leads to attend the trial Classes.

• Learning & using our customer relations management software & others related computer

software's.

Required Skills & Qualifications(Mandatory Requirements)

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• High level of enthusiasm and self-motivation.
• Ability to work US night shifts and manage remote collaboration smoothly.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong communication in english.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).

Job location: Remote

Shift timing: Night shift

Workdays: 6 days a week

Laptop is mandatory for this role.
