As a Pre-Primary & Primary Coordinator at LIFE Educare, your role is to lead our academic and administrative teams in Ahmedabad. You will oversee curriculum planning, teacher mentoring, and student development in both Pre-Primary and Primary sections. Additionally, you will focus on integrating the Indian Knowledge System (IKS) to create a balanced and culturally rooted learning experience by blending modern pedagogy with India's rich educational heritage. Key Responsibilities: - Lead curriculum implementation and classroom innovation. - Mentor and support teachers to enhance teaching-learning quality. - Ensure inclusive and engaging learning environments. - Foster strong communication between teachers, parents, and the school leadership. - Promote value-based, experiential, and child-centered education. Qualifications: - Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed (Masters preferred). - Minimum 10 years of experience in Early Years or Primary Education, including 5+ years in a leadership role. - Strong understanding of child development, curriculum design, and teacher training. - Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
