1) Role Description: Premix Operator (On-site – Trishundi Plant)

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Premix Operator at our Trishundi Plant. The Premix Operator will handle the preparation of feed premixes, operate relevant machinery, and monitor the mixing process to ensure accuracy and quality. Responsibilities include maintaining batch records, ensuring correct ingredient measurements, and adhering to all safety and production guidelines.

The role requires close coordination with plant supervisors and production teams to meet daily targets, maintain equipment health, and support continuous operational improvement.

Qualifications:

• ITI / B.Sc qualification
• 1–2 years of experience (preferably in a Buhler Cattle or Poultry Plant)
• Knowledge of feed mixing processes and quality standards
• Basic math skills for accurate ingredient calculation
• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills

2) Role Description: Dumping Supervisor (On-site – Trishundi Plant)

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dumping Supervisor responsible for supervising ingredient unloading, monitoring raw material quality, and ensuring smooth feeding of materials into the production line. The supervisor will document daily activities, coordinate with production teams, and maintain cleanliness and safety across unloading zones.

The role demands oversight of manpower handling, ensuring correct raw material sequencing, and supporting production efficiency through disciplined workflow management.

Qualifications:

• ITI / Graduate
• 1–2 years of experience (Poultry or Cattle feed plant preferred)
• Understanding of raw material handling and plant operations
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills
• Ability to maintain safety and quality standards
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Capacity to work in an industrial on-site environment
