Premium KYC Client Executive

As a KYC Operations Intmd Analyst at Citi, you will be responsible for overseeing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, governance, oversight, and regulatory reporting activities in collaboration with the Compliance and Control team. Your primary objective will be to develop and manage an internal KYC (Know Your Client) program at Citi. Key Responsibilities: - Manage various aspects of risk and control, including Information Security, Continuation of Business, and Records Management - Analyze risk and associated controls to identify root causes, collaborate with peers and management, and propose solutions to mitigate risk/control issues - Support business managers and product staff - Partner with peers and management to develop and execute business plans, compliance guidelines, and periodic risk & control reporting - Interface with internal and external teams to provide guidance and subject matter expertise - Collaborate with Internal Audit (IA) and external audit to provide input on risk and legal liabilities - Operate with a limited level of direct supervision, exercise independence of judgment, and act as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and team members - Assess risk when making business decisions, prioritize the firm's reputation, and ensure compliance with laws, rules, and regulations Qualifications: - 3-5 years of relevant experience - Proven ability to make effective and timely decisions - Anticipate and respond to customer/business needs consistently - Ability to build partnerships across business regions In addition to the above responsibilities, as a KYC Client Executive, you will be accountable for performing client outreach to complete KYC documentation from clients and internal stakeholders like KYC Owners.
