Job Description

responsible for acquiring new Current Account, Savings Account, and Deposit relationships with customers, while also strengthening those relationships through high-quality service . This role involves identifying potential customers, building relationships, presenting suitable products, and ensuring accurate account opening processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through various means, such as referrals, outreach events (like stalls in high-footfall areas), and door-to-door visits. Customer Engagement: Schedule meetings with potential customers to understand their needs and present appropriate banking products and services. Product Knowledge: Clearly explain the features and benefits of different banking products, including account requirements, charges, and documentation. Account Opening: Ensure all account opening processes are completed accurately and efficiently, prioritizing a positive customer experience. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term banking relationships. Document Handling: Verify and handle customer documents with care and confidentiality.
