Key responsibilities

  • Customer acquisition:

    Prospecting and acquiring new customers for current and savings accounts, often from a specific branch's area or through corporate partnerships.
  • Cross-selling:

    Offering and selling other banking products such as insurance, mortgages, and investment products to new and existing customers.
  • Marketing and lead generation:

    Conducting marketing and promotional activities in the local area to generate leads and build brand awareness.
  • Relationship management:

    Building and maintaining relationships with customers and corporate clients to foster loyalty and generate future business.
  • Sales target achievement:

    Working to meet individual and branch sales targets for both acquiring new accounts and selling other financial products.
