Job Description

Acquire high-net-worth individual (HNI) clients through direct sourcing, referrals, and networking. Understand the investment, banking, and lifestyle needs of premium customers and offer customized solutions. Sell premium banking products such as high-end savings accounts, credit cards, wealth management services, and insurance. Conduct regular client meetings to build relationships and identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. Coordinate with wealth managers, financial advisors, and relationship teams to deliver comprehensive services. Prepare detailed financial profiles and risk assessments to recommend suitable investment products. Ensure onboarding of clients with high ticket sizes as per the banks defined premium segment threshold. Assist clients in documentation, KYC compliance, and digital activation during the acquisition process. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to drive targeted acquisition campaigns. Ensure superior customer service through proactive engagement and issue resolution. Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets in line with organizational goals. Leverage social and professional networks, corporate connects, and events for lead generation. Monitor client feedback and market trends to suggest enhancements in premium offerings. Maintain MIS and dashboards for pipeline tracking, conversions, and revenue contribution. Conduct portfolio reviews with acquired clients to assess satisfaction and retention. Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines during customer acquisition. Attend industry events and forums to enhance brand visibility and identify prospects. Train and mentor junior acquisition officers or sales executives in premium customer handling. Work closely with operations to ensure smooth account setup and service delivery. Uphold high standards of integrity, professionalism, and client confidentiality.
