Role: Premier IT Support

Experience: 3 – 5 Year

Location : Noida Sector -135

1) Excellent written and verbal communication in English

2) Candidates with neutral accent preferred

3) Excellent Problem-Solving Skills

4) Excellent Technical Knowledge

5) Able to manage / influence VIP customers

6) Customer focused

7) Basic Business Etiquette

8) Clear understanding of Remote Infrastructure Management (RIM)

9) Preferably good knowledge of network

10) Awareness of working culture for all geographies

11) Min 12 months of Experience

12) Minimum one relevant certification such as A+ / Comp-TIA/ITIL/ MCSA/CCNA or any equivalent

certification within 6 months from the time resource is on boarded into theproject

13) Maintain Min TCSAT score of 4.0 during BAU Operations

14) Skills Validation will be enabled at all skill levels for New Hires and assessment score will be shared with CUSTOMER Nominated SPOC on quarterly basis up to 2 Quarters

Must Have:

ServiceNow, O365 products, Desktop Applications, Basic MAC support, Network Connectivity ( basic, wifi, internet)
