We are looking for a Python Developer with strong AI tools expertise who is passionate about designing and implementing intelligent solutions that will power the future of hospitality software. you will play a key role in developing, integrating, and deploying AI-driven applications and intelligent agents into our hospitality solutions. You will collaborate with product teams, AI engineers, and domain experts to bring automation, predictive intelligence, and personalization into the core of our software offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of proven Python development experience in product-based or AI-focused companies.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of Generative AI tools and frameworks such as LangChain, OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience in building APIs, microservices, and automation scripts.
• Strong knowledge of data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy) and working with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Good understanding of RESTful API development, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based applications and APIs for hospitality solutions.
• Build and integrate AI agents capable of handling tasks such as customer service, predictive analytics, recommendations, and operational automation.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to implement solutions using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, and other Generative AI tools.
• Develop data pipelines to process and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured hospitality data.
• Work closely with product managers and industry experts to translate hospitality business needs into AI-driven features.
• Ensure robustness, scalability, and performance of AI-enabled applications.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and optimization of developed modules.
• Stay updated with the latest AI trends, tools, and practices, and proactively suggest enhancements to our solutions.
