Preferred Relationship Manager (PRM)

Key Responsibilities

Manage and enhance relationships with a portfolio of
Preferred Banking customers

Provide
personalized banking solutions
and ensure superior customer service.
Achieve
business targets
across multiple banking products (liabilities, assets, investments, insurance, etc.).
Identify and cross-sell opportunities of wealth management, insurance, and investment products.
Ensure
high customer satisfaction
through proactive servicing and query resolution.
Maintain compliance and adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal processes.
Strengthen branch profitability by
expanding client base
and improving portfolio quality.
