You will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children aged 1.5 to 6 years at HEI Schools Sector 49 Gurugram. Your role will involve planning, implementing, and assessing activities for the children. - Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities based on HEI Curriculum Materials and local curriculum mandates - Create a balanced curriculum including play-based learning, arts and crafts, storytelling, music, and outdoor activities - Guide the educational team and organize daily practices in the group - Inspire a love for learning through curriculum design - Establish and maintain a structured and organized classroom environment - Create a positive learning environment and encourage holistic growth among children - Identify and address the unique learning needs of each child - Provide individualized support and guidance to help children reach their full potential - Maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress - Collaborate with parents to support their child's learning and development at home - Collaborate with all stakeholders inside and outside the school - Ensure the safety and well-being of all children - Adhere to health and safety regulations - Support a safe and healthy environment within the classroom and school - Stay updated on current trends and best practices in early childhood education - Participate in professional development opportunities - Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members - Communicate closely with the principal - Open to understanding various cultures and aligning teaching methodologies to promote diversity and inclusivity - Ability to work with kids from various cultures and backgrounds Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any field with B.Ed/Early Childhood Education teacher training - Minimum 1 to 6 years of experience in a preschool or pre-primary of any international school - International Teachers diploma and knowledge of a foreign language will be an added advantage Requirements: - Previous experience working with young children in a Daycare or Preschool, preferably in an International school - Knowledge of early childhood development theories, practices, and methodologies - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - International teaching experience will be an added advantage - Patience, empathy, passion, and a genuine love for working with young children - Ability to adapt to the individual needs and learning styles of children - Proficient computer skills for record-keeping and communication If you are passionate about working with children and possess the required skills and qualifications, please share your resume at jobs@heischoolssec49gurgaon.com.
