Job Post: Preschool Manager - Little Millennium, New Maninagar

Key Responsibilities

Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise all teaching and support staff.
Operational Management: Ensure smooth daily operations, compliance with all regulatory standards, and center safety.
Financial & Enrollment: Manage the center's budget, administrative records, and family enrollment processes.
Parent Engagement: Foster strong communication and partnerships with families.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree.
1-2 years of proven leadership/management experience.
Strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills.
