The Preschool Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the school, handling parent and staff queries, admissions, and ensuring the overall growth and development of the branch. Key Responsibilities Branch Leadership: Take overall in-charge responsibility of the preschool branch, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to school policies. Parent & Staff Communication: Handle daily queries, concerns, and feedback from parents and staff with professionalism and empathy. Admissions: Drive student admissions by conducting school tours, handling inquiries, and converting leads into enrollments. Academic & Operational Oversight: Ensure proper implementation of the preschool curriculum and smooth execution of daily activities. Staff Management: Supervise teaching and non-teaching staff, conduct meetings, and ensure staff discipline and motivation. Event & Activity Coordination: Oversee school events, celebrations, and workshops to ensure holistic development of students. Compliance & Reporting: Maintain necessary documentation, student records, and reports as required by management. Student Welfare: Ensure a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for children at all times. Requirements Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate (Degree/Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Management preferred). Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in preschool/primary school management or academic coordination. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency required). Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage admissions and achieve enrollment targets. Passionate about early childhood education and child development. We are looking for a Field Marketing Executive who will be responsible for door-to-door school marketing and lead generation . The candidate will interact with parents in nearby areas, introduce them to our school facilities and programs, and collect details of interested parents. The leads generated will then be followed up by our admissions team to convert into enrollments. Key Responsibilities Conduct door-to-door marketing campaigns in nearby localities. Distribute school brochures, flyers, and promotional materials. Interact with parents and explain the school’s offerings. Collect and record leads of interested parents for the admissions team. Maintain daily reporting of leads generated and areas covered. Support marketing activities such as events, parent meetings, and school fairs. Requirements Qualification: Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred). Experience: 0–2 years in sales/marketing (Freshers are welcome). Good communication and interpersonal skills.
